During the daily operation of a mining facility, the facility (aka mining farm) owner usually signs a power charge consumption contract with the electricity supplier (otherwise, the electricity price would be higher).
Pursuant to the contract, the facility owner must pay all the electricity bills even if some charges are not to be used. Hence some miners do not shut down their mining machines even when the net returns are negative.
We generally charge clients one month's electricity bill as a deposit. The prepaid electricity bill will be refunded in full to the clients once the program ends or after the liquidation process.
